What we collect
This site collects personal information only when you actively provide it. There are two places where that happens.
Contact form. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and the message you type.
Booking form. When you use the online booking tool to schedule an appointment, we receive your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
We do not collect any information automatically through tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts beyond what your browser sends as part of a normal web request.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for two purposes only:
- To reply to your enquiry and answer any questions you have sent through the contact form.
- To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment when you book through the booking form.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising or marketing beyond direct communication related to your appointment or enquiry.
How it is stored
Information you submit is stored in the customer-relationship system used by Vesper Aesthetics to manage client records and appointments. Access to that system is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide services to you or to meet ordinary business record-keeping needs. If you ask us to remove your data, we will do so promptly (see Your rights below).
Live chat
This website may include a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. If you open the chat and type a message, that message is received and processed by the messaging provider on our behalf. The provider uses that information solely to deliver your message to us so we can respond.
We do not authorise our messaging provider to use your chat messages for any purpose other than delivering them to Vesper Aesthetics.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any information that is inaccurate.
- Remove your information from our records.

Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally if you have questions about how your information is handled.
